October is Hat Month!! This stylish crochet hat will introduce you to half-double crochet (hdc) and backwards single crochet. Great project for beginning crocheters who are comfortable with single and double crochet and looking for a challenge!

Supplies (not included with price of class, please buy needed supplies at Sun Dragon):

• Pattern, $4.99 on ravelry.com. Can be purchased in the store.
• 50 g of main color, 10-15 g of two contrasting colors, all worsted weight. Kits are available for purchase in the sample colors ($19.95), and can be made in other colors with advance notice for an additional price.
• Size G crochet hook or size needed for gauge.
• Optional 2" button
