This cowl crochets up quickly and has extra warmth. A great way to learn the technique of front-post-crochet (ours will be a front post triple crochet, FPTC) so you can conquer it in other patterns too.

Supplies (not included with price of class, please buy needed supplies at Sun Dragon):

• Approximately 250-300 yards of a chunky/bulky weight yarn (8-11 sc=4"). I have used Cascade Chunky Alpaca (3 skeins).
• Size L hook (8 mm).
• Laurentian Cowl Pattern from Ravelry, $5.50. You can always purchase the pattern here in the store.
