Learn the basics to get you started knitting: how to cast on, knit, and purl. This class is 2 hours of instruction in the fundamentals. Included in the price is a pair of needles and a great skein of yarn for starting out (Plymouth Encore or Cascade 220). We will review other "tools of the trade" and answer questions you have about knitting. You will leave with the start of a scarf, and attending the class guarantees assistance without charge on this first project.
