"Messy Bun" hats are quite the trend! This is a hat with a hole at the top which provides room for the popular messy bun or a pony tail to come through. The free pattern has variations for a closed slouchy hat version as well.

The pattern uses three colors to create a plaid look, and in the class we will be going over how to carry your yarn when you crochet. Kits available for purchase in the sample colors, and a kit in the colors of your choosing can be made for a small fee!

Supplies (not included with price of class, please buy needed supplies at Sun Dragon):

• Approximately 20 g of three colors worsted weight yarn (5 sts per inch). Kits in the sample color will be available for $20, A kit in colors of your choice can be made for a fee.
• Size I crochet hook (I used an H, The gauge for the pattern is 14 dc=4"
