Fingerless mittens are very popular right now- warmth with the ability to use your fingers on phones and tablets, or to grip items. A convertible mitten has a flap that allows you to transform that fingerless section to a fully covered mitten. The thumb can be made open or closed. You can also leave off the flap for straight fingerless mitts! The pattern is written for magic loop method (which we can teach in the class!), but if you would like to use 2 circulars or DPNs for knitting in the round, we are available for consultation on what needles to use.

Supplies (not included with price of class, please buy needed supplies at Sun Dragon):

• 100-300 yards of a DK weight yarn
• size US 3 cable needles, recommended 32" length
• Wiluksu Pattern (available for $3.00 on Ravelry, or we can help you purchase in-shop)
