Shawls are so versatile for over the shoulders or around the neck. The Stormy Skies Shawl uses a variety of repeating stitch patterns including garter, dropped stitches, and lacework. Knit on a size 9 needle, it works up fast and breathes, great for brisk summer nights.

Supplies (not included with price of class, please buy needed supplies at Sun Dragon):

• 420-550 yards fingering weight yarn (can be a one skein project).
• size US 9 circular needles, at least a 32" length recommended.
