Mittens are a great basic essential to hand knit! with only a little shaping for the thumb and the top of the fingers, and is a great way to learn to knit in the round on double point needles or the magic loop method!

Supplies (not included with price of class, please buy needed supplies at Sun Dragon; starting in March supplies bought at Sun Dragon specifically for Saturday classes are 10% off):

• Approximately 200 yards or less (depending on size) of worsted or bulky weight yarn

• US size 8 (worsted weight) or 10 (bulky weight) double point needles or a 32” length circular needles

• Stitch Markers
