Our Summer Make-a-long is centered on the motif of the granny square, and the any things you can make with it! This class is for the Battenberg Bag, turning squares on their corners for a fun and functional item.

Class one we will start making squares, class 2 we will meet with our finished squares to assemble the bag and add handles!

When the weather is accommodating classes meet outside on the plaza where ventilation is better and masks are not required.For longer events inside when we will be working in close quarters, if needed due to cold or inclement weather, we will strongly encourage participants to wear a mask (the instructor will wear one). We can provide masks if you need one.

Supply list:

• Battenberg Bag pattern by Salena Baca, free on Ravelry or her Blog post,

• Approximately 500 yards of yarn total in 4-5 different colors

• US G (4.0mm) hook or size needed for gauge

• tapestry needle
