$50, March 8, 10:30 am. All Saturday classes are advanced beginner, which means already knowing basic knowledge of the craft (casting on, knitting, and purling). Classes include instruction only unless otherwise noted, supplies must be purchased separately.
The Alexia Scarf is a striking piece made from 2 colors of Noro Saiun using a slip-stitch technique, it is a great first “mosaic” project. It is featured on the cover of the most recent Noro Magazine, which we can include for free with class instruction.
Project classes in 2025 will include a Saturday main class, with some having optional followup session times if you need further assistance. The number of follow-up sessions will depend on the size of the project, all are $12/hour. You can always come to a Friday drop in help session for $12/hour if you have attended the initial class!
The Alexia Scarf does not have a designated follow-up time, Fridays are a great time for more help.
Please fill our the form below or contact the shop (email rebecca@sundragonartandfiber.com, 828-877-3550) to reserve your spot in the intro session. We will need your name, phone number, and email. Filling out the form does not guarantee you a place in class, we will contact you to confirm.
